Staff & Their Roles

 

 

Founder and manager of Ruff Stuff. On site most days and always contactable and here to help / advise. Trained in canine first aid. Rosa owns her own Staffie called Sausage, and has an extensive history of dog rescue and generally working with animals. (Please see 'About Us' page for more).

Ross

This is Ross, he is head day care assistant and manages the pack at our Hutton site. Ross began as a volunteer via Seevic College in 2014 and was then offered a full time position at the centre. He has completed his canine first aid training. Ross is a dog owner himself to a rough collie called Jack. His 3 favourite breeds of dogs are Collies, long haired Dachshunds and Spanish Mastiff's.

Nicky

This is Nicky, she helps manage our Navestock day care pack twice a week. She is a dog owner herself to 3 rescue Staffs, and has worked with rescue organisations previously inclkuding the RSPCA. Her 3 favourite breeds of dogs are Labradors, Boxers and Staffs.

This is Paige, she is head day care assistant and van driver. She supports the manager (Rosa) by working at both of our day care sites managing the pack. She also drives our van for the pick up/ drop off service and so is also trained for the walking role. Paige's 3 favourite breeds of dogs are Cockapoos, Weimaraners, and all types of Spaniels.

Ellie

This is Ellie, she is our main dog walker and so is one of our van drivers. She collects dogs from their homes and takes them out for fun and exercise. Ellie is also trained to do the pick up/ drop off service for our day care dogs. Ellie is a dog owner herself to a Frenchie called Nellie. Her 3 favourite breeds of dogs are Frenchies, Dog-de-Bordeuax and German Shepard's.

Tom

A Writtle College student who is currently studying Animal Care Level 2. This is a work-based course meaning Tom is at the day care centre every Monday & Thursday helping care for and play with our dogs, whilst at college studying the rest of the week.

Megan & Katherine

Both bubbly fantastic girls. They are both at our Hutton centre every Tuesday, and study Animal Care at Writtle Agricultural College the rest of the week.
